BACHELOR OF ARTS
IN ARCHITECTURE
The Bachelor of Arts Degree prepares the student to
enter a Master of Architecture program. Students must
complete a minimum of one hundred ninety (190) quarter
units. It typically requires four (4) to five (5)
academic years of full-time study to complete. The
first year typically consists of four (4) quarters.
BACHELOR OF ARCHITECTURE
The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Degree is the
first professional degree. It provides the foundation
required to prepare students for an internship in
an architectural firm and for eventual licensing as
a California architect. Students must complete two
hundred thirty-five (235) quarter units. It typically
requires five (5) to six (6) academic years of full-time
study to complete. The first year typically consists
of four (4) quarters.
